These terms cover your use of the Duck Duck Dumpster LLC website and text-message service. If you rent a dumpster or hire us for demolition or site work, a separate rental agreement or service contract applies to that job.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS from Duck Duck Dumpster LLC — whether by texting our published number, checking an opt-in box on a web form, or telling us verbally during a call — you agree to receive SMS messages from us. This includes SMS for job-related conversations.

Types of messages you may receive

Appointment reminders — delivery windows, "on-my-way" texts, pickup scheduling
Order alerts — dispatch, delivered, weight tickets, pickup complete
Account notifications — invoice ready, payment received, receipt links
Conversational replies — answers to your inbound questions about a rental or quote

Messaging frequency may vary based on your active job and how much back-and-forth is needed.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message.

SMS consent is not shared

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and SMS opt-in status stay with Duck Duck Dumpster LLC for our operational use only. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or your phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Carrier terms

Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates apply per your carrier's plan. Duck Duck Dumpster LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by carrier network conditions.

Website terms

Every "Book," "Get quote," "Set one up," and "Email" link on this site opens a pre-filled email or text on your device. You choose what to send. Nothing is submitted, tracked, or saved unless you actually hit send.

Prices

Starting prices shown on the site cover a standard 7-day rental with 2 tons of weight included, delivered within our service area. Actual price for your job may vary based on delivery distance, overage weight ($80/ton over 2 tons), material type (concrete only in 10-yard), permit requirements, and site conditions. You'll receive a firm quote before we deliver — the quote is the invoice.

Service area

We serve Colleton, Hampton, and Beaufort counties, SC. Deliveries outside these counties may be quoted case-by-case with a distance surcharge.

Cancellation

Cancel a scheduled delivery at any time up to 24 hours before the delivery window at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a dispatch fee if the truck has already been routed. Just text or call — no online cancellation portal.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and change the "Effective date" at the top. If we make a material change to SMS terms, we'll flag it prominently.
