Who we are
Duck Duck Dumpster LLC ("DDD," "we," "us") is a South Carolina limited liability company providing roll-off dumpster rentals, demolition, and site services for Colleton, Hampton, and Beaufort counties. Our office is at 25 Flowers Street, Yemassee, SC 29945.

What information we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you click a "Book" or "Email" link on this site — or text or call the number here — you may share:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service or delivery address
- Job details you tell us (size needed, dates, what you're throwing out, permit questions)
The website itself doesn't set advertising cookies, doesn't run analytics or trackers, and doesn't ask for anything on the page. Every "form" on this site is actually a pre-filled email or text — you send it from your own app, on your terms.
How we use it
We use what you send us to:
- Quote your job, schedule delivery, and dispatch equipment
- Send invoices and receipts
- Contact you about your rental (delivery windows, pickup, weight tickets)
- Answer follow-up questions
- Comply with tax, accounting, and licensing requirements
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with advertisers.
When we share it
We share your information only when we have to:
- Service partners — the landfill or transfer station may see the job address on a hauling manifest. Our accountant sees invoice records for tax prep.
- Legal requirements — a court order, subpoena, or government request we're legally required to comply with.
- Business transfers — if we ever sell the business, buyers would receive customer records as part of the sale.
How we protect it
Customer information lives in our email inbox, our accounting system (QuickBooks Online), and our customer records. Access is limited to Nicholas Andrade (owner) and Robson Andrade (member). Strong passwords and two-factor authentication on every account.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to SMS from Duck Duck Dumpster — by texting our published number, checking an opt-in box on a web form, or telling us verbally during a call — you agree to receive SMS messages about your service (appointment reminders, dispatch alerts, weight tickets, invoice notifications, and answers to your inbound questions).
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or visit www.duckduckdumpster.com.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and SMS opt-in status stay with Duck Duck Dumpster LLC for our operational use only. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or your phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as our accountant and the IRS need us to — currently at least seven years from the last job — plus one year for warranty questions. After that, records are archived and eventually purged.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what we have about you — we'll tell you within 30 days
- Ask us to correct anything wrong
- Ask us to delete records where we're allowed (tax law requires some records be kept for a set period)
Just email or call. No forms, no accounts, no runaround.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No advertising trackers. If we ever add basic analytics, we'll update this page first and pick tools that respect your privacy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log routine access data (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and abuse prevention — that's the same for any Cloudflare-hosted site. Their own privacy statement covers what they do with it.
Kids
DDD services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and bump the "Effective date" at the top. Big changes (like starting analytics or partnering with a data service) we'll flag prominently.
